At The Open Table, we operate within a consensus-based leadership style - meaning that decisions are made primarily through unity as a leadership team. This style can lead to a slower organizational pace at times, but we choose this approach believing that the slower pace provides the space for more effective decisions and better health for our leadership team and, subsequently, for those we serve.
What Makes a Healthy Team

Who We Are
Our team has a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds that bring the best from various fields to help us provide integrated care and development. We have Master’s and Doctorate level mental health professionals, Spiritual Directors with Master’s degrees in Theology and also Spiritual Formation and Soul Care. We have former pastors, ministry leaders, and business owners.

What We Do
Our collaborative team and integrated approach allow us to provide a unique one-to-one service called Individual Care and Development (ICD), which draws from traditional therapy, spiritual direction, and life coaching. We’ll work with you to find the approach that best fits your needs.

What's Different
We believe that in order to give, you have to first receive. In other words, we can’t help others grow in ways that we haven’t grown ourselves. Our team at The Open Table gives a significant amount of weekly time to our own individual care and development. We seek to care for others from a place of mental, emotional, and spiritual fullness.
