As of December 26, 2025, The Open Table received $288,800 in total revenue, including:
$229,300 in donations (80% of total income),
$58,400 in service income, and
$1,000 in grant funding.
We are especially grateful for four major gifts ($10k+) totaling $85,000, alongside the steady commitment of 22 recurring donors and 34 total donors (recurring plus one-time donors) throughout the year.
Total expenses for the year were $309,400, resulting in a net deficit of $21,700. On average, monthly income was $22,900, while monthly expenses averaged $24,600, creating a shortfall of $1,700 per month. Approximately 85% of expenses went directly toward staff compensation and office rent, reflecting our commitment to investing primarily in people and accessible space for care rather than overhead-heavy initiatives.
To help clarify how this model works, it costs approximately $7,500 per year to support one individual through Individual Care and Development, or about $150 per session, when accounting for staff time, supervision, preparation, and space. Because we prioritize accessibility, much of this cost is not covered by client fees alone. Donor support bridges the gap, allowing us to offer consistent, high-quality care to pastors, leaders, students, and individuals who might otherwise be unable to receive it. In this way, every gift directly translates into sustained, relational care.
We are grateful for the generosity and support that allow us to continue serving clients, churches, schools, and leaders without interruption.
Looking Ahead:
We are planning 4–6 fundraising and community events in the first half of 2026 to increase support and share about the work God is doing through our ministry.
We will be expanding efforts to pursue grants.
We will continue to prioritize accessible pricing for services while expanding care to new schools, churches, and leaders.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership, trust, and support - your contributions directly enable the transformative care and spiritual formation that define our ministry.
